At Compass Coffee, we want you to love every brew. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns on equipment and exchanges for coffee blends within 30 days.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a return authorization.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that equipment is unused and coffee bags are sealed if applicable.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement coffee.
